Cancel your subscription
You can cancel from Settings → Subscription in your InvooAI account, or contact our support team for help.
Request cancellation by email
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your subscription. Tell us that you would like to cancel your subscription.
If you cannot access that email address, mention this in your message so our team can help locate your account. Do not send your password or full payment card number.
Sending an email is a cancellation request. It does not automatically cancel your subscription. Keep the support team's cancellation confirmation for your records.

This opens your email app. If it does not open, copy [email protected] and send the request using your email service.
Refund requests
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. For eligibility and how to request a refund, read our Refund Policy.
