By accessing or using the InvooAI platform operated by SYNCWAVE LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 18th & 19th Floors, 100 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom, EC2N 4AG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SYNCWAVE LTD provides AI-powered invoice and estimate management tools through the InvooAI platform, designed for businesses and freelancers. Our services include invoice creation, client management, payment tracking, and AI-assisted document generation.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. InvooAI offers subscription plans with weekly, monthly and annual billing, and some plans may start with a trial period. The price, any trial period and the billing frequency of your plan are shown to you before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen billing period and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If your plan starts with a trial period, it will automatically continue as a paid subscription at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in your account, on our cancellation page at https://invooaishield.app/cancel-subscription, or by contacting [email protected]. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Charges may appear on your bank statement under the name SYNCWAVE LTD or InvooAI.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

InvooAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SYNCWAVE LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYNCWAVE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence and your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
